Trades
Plumbing, electrical, roofing, allied. Call-outs and planned work from photos and site notes.
You still set every price. Work still arrives as a call, a photo, a sketch, a drawing, or a messy email. This is the setup so later quotes are the easy bit.
If you have never used Claude, Grok, or Gemini, that is fine. They are chat apps on a computer or a phone. You type. They reply.
We need a lot of context about your firm. Your rates. How you quote. Your templates. What you always ask. That intake is the longest part. It gets sent to us at Simple Flow.
We build a pack. That is a file you keep. You put that file into Claude, Grok, or Gemini. Whichever you already use, or we help you pick. After that, the chat knows your business and helps draft quotes. You still check. You still send.
Why so many questions? More context means it sounds like your firm, not a generic robot.
Then a job runs like this.
Pay $1,800 once. GST inclusive. Then fill the intake. This is the longest bit.
We may email a few more questions after we open your rates sheet.
A file you own. Upload it to Claude, Grok, or Gemini. It understands your quoting. It drafts with workings. You check. You send.
GST inclusive. That is what you pay.
Not included: monthly service · sending without you · accounting / invoicing
If the workings sheet and the clean draft are not usable from your sample jobs, we keep working at no extra cost.
We do not promise you win the job. We promise a usable price check and a clean quote draft from the work you actually get.
NZ firms that quote from a phone call, drawings, sketches, photos, PDFs, and messy emails.
Plumbing, electrical, roofing, allied. Call-outs and planned work from photos and site notes.
Shop and site. Price from drawings, sketches, and a photo of a napkin if that is what they sent.
Drainage, earthworks, concrete, small civils. Plans, mark-ups, and a quantity that still needs a person.
Scoped work from a call or a messy email. One-off or recurring. You still sign off the price.
Not this: a monthly service, sending quotes without you, or accounting and invoicing. We build the setup. You run the quotes.
Short answers. Same ones I give on the phone.
The intake is how we learn your firm. Rates, how you quote, templates, what you always ask. That is the longest part. We use it to build your pack. After that, quoting is the easy bit. More context means it sounds like you, not a generic robot.
They are chat apps on a computer or a phone. You type. They reply. The pack is the file you give them so they know your firm. You use whichever you already have, or we help you pick. You still check every quote. You still send it.
A file you own, built for your quoting. You load it once into Claude, Grok, or Gemini. Job in, workings sheet, clean quote on your template. You set every price.
5–7 working days after a complete pack. The clock starts when intake is done, not when you first say g’day.
No. If you can text a photo of a drawing, you can do this. Intake is one question at a time. Dump the messy email, the PDF, the sketch. We sort it.
No. Nothing goes to a customer without you. Follow-ups are written for you. You send them.
A blank or blacked-out quote template, and your rates or price list. Excel is fine. No customer names if you can help it. Then 1–3 example jobs the way they arrived. We only ask what the files cannot answer.
Yes. It saves on this phone or browser after every reply. Come back and pick up.
Tell the chat. Labour went up, a supplier moved, whatever it is. It updates the one rates list. You do not hunt files. If the chat cannot save, it walks you through putting the pack back in. Nothing overwrites until you say yes.
No. The files you send us are only to build your quoting setup. We do not use them to train our own models. They sit in our business Drive and Gmail. After you have the pack, you quote in your own chat. That chat has its own privacy settings. We walk you through those so you can keep training off there too.
